Downsizing in AIG Philippines

Even in outsourced locations like Philippines downsizing is being done. “Profitable” L&R is right-sizing/downsizing left and right. Heard the boss in that location is a terrible one and his people are planning a “revolution”.

I've seen a ton of work filered back to us, bills, Dr reports, etc that were over 2 weeks old. Sorry, but no one takes anytime to actually look claim numbers up..it comes back to us and we do it..here, in the United States. The customer is not taken care of in the first pass.

That's where my job went. What goes around, comes around. AIG isn't satisfied with $4.00/hr. workers. The next step is automation aka Cognizant. They have invested a lot in this technology. Doing business with AIG in the future is like doing business with a robot. Good Luck with that.
