Well, some sort of shift at WM s bound to happen sooner rather than later. I imagine we that is pretty clear to all of us. So, who are the employees that grab the shorter stick in that process? I believe they will be targeting older employees with the most experience to the maximum degree in which they can avoid age discrimination lawsuits. Other than that, what tye of employees could be targeted the most?

What type of employees will Warner Media want to get rid off?
Answer: As many as possible as fast as they can while keeping it under the radar and out of the spot light.....They will probably offer a buyout at first and the smart ones will take it.....After the buyout all bets are off. Then they will just start clubbing folks over the head every few months, cut salary increases and make it so miserable some will even leave on their own volition. Others with time in will hang on to the side of the Titanic as long as they can and pray it stays afloat...…..Fasten your seatbelts it's gonna be a bumpy ride....Over at the Big T we are all still riding the roller coaster.....
Fat kids, skinny kids, kids who climb on rocks
Tough kids, sissy kids, even kids with chicken pox.......will be surplussed.
The type that are paid a salary and benefits.
