I joined DellEMC and within 5 months , they handed over our team to another company and gave us option either to stay or leave. I never seen any company treat people so poorly. They never spend anything on research . Now they are hoping the new guys spend some money and resuscitate the product. I should have never joined Dell in first place. The worst place I have seen in my 18 years of experience

IT industry is a f---ed up place if you think what you describe is the worst you have seen, over the years you may be proven wrong. I have been around for a long time to see crazier unbelievable things actually happening.
yes. Dell is full of stupid people. It has been years since I had any intelligent discussion especially when dealing with the management, just so you know I am from technical background and lucky enough to not end up in a junior role or I would have bailed. If you are smart and small, you better leave or you work to death and gets no recognition only blame. But I enjoyed the perks. Best company ever. Leave your brain at home in the fridge.
