The problem those of us trying to escape this hell now are running into is, everyone here reads monster amd indeed every day and when they see a job EVERYONE puts in for it.
I was worried this would happen as they shut the depts down and all the techs were looking for work, but it has happened already as people see the writing on the wall. My workgroup used to share job info when they saw jobs available but now, mum is the word because everyone is trying to get out. Even not sharing info you have anywhere from five to twenty guys fighting over one job.
I couldn’t agree more with this as I see the same behavior at my office. Glad that @YfJrgqg-2ksa brought this up in one of the threads.
