All of this are fake news. Last friday avaya was in its lowest historical value. Today is up 35%. Make your own conclusion.
How could this go wrong? The previous LBO was such a great success! You know what they say about doing the same thing over and expecting different results.Will JC get the same golden handshake KK got for riding the ship into CH11?
Same thing ConvergeOne i.e. NACR did, come out with an IPO and six months later back to being a privately held company again. I thought SEC regs required an IPO to remain pubic for sometime. Must be a good way to raise capital.
