What morale? It’s all bad, open your eyes people. There is nothing good about working for Mattel. It has shrunk, not the powerhouse it used to be. Vendors won’t even work for Mattel. The only reason people are here is they are too lazy to look for another job. The company is doomed, no quality leadership. Running the show like it is 1970. Wow movies, what an original idea.
