It’s Thursday. They already cut hours to see the bare minimum staffing requirements and now there are several ambassadors left with little to no hours. Going to cut company down to skeleton staff to show maxim profits going into spring/summer. Then rehire in late summer for lower wages and less PTO.
Yea itll always be the hourly people more than those that deserve it.
Why keep your hourly people who do the job day in and day out when you can bring in new ceos and pay them so much more to sit in an office.
I can see it now after all the work done in orlando for the people who worked to get sesame ready that at least some who did the work gets axed after putting their hearts into it.
Just want to get the bandaid ripped off and let it be done.
Not much other than there will be more and it will be hourly people this time. The when and who, who knows?! S---s that this is what it has come to every quarter. Just wait and see.
