Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

2 senior advanced marketing operations managers were laid off last week. They belonged to Oracle's Demand Center. The worst thing is that their managers weren't aware of this situation until this 2 people got the notification from HR. One of them was a really Eloqua expert. This isn't about being aligned with Larry's cloud vision, this is just an excuse to reduce employees and costs. 3 years ago this Cannizzaro woman was hired and she started doing the same, firing people because Oracle was under a restructuring, people was so afraid of this, they begun to resign first. She laid off lots of employees and 6 months after she was the one who resigned. The massive layoffs are just beginning, this is just NA and India, LAD, EMEA and APAC, they are coming after you people!
