Of course, not in this way and not in the manner that they were performed in, but could we really expect anything else? The industry is changing and automotive companies are in demand for a different kind of workers. I think I don’t even have to mention what is cheaper for them, hiring new and cheaper workforce, or retraining the old-timers. As the industry changes more layoffs will come, so security is not a word workers at Ford will use frequently.

That’s understandable however don’t preface them with “We’re not cutting our way to fitness”
