Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Are Health Hubs really failing?

In a previous thread, someone mentioned that the health hubs are failing. Is this true or just rumors? If it is true how are they failing?

Minute clinics were “failing” at first. They needed to catch on.

We got out ahead of the need. This will be a win in the future.

Stop speculating about things you know nothing about.

I'd be very surprised if the hub stores do make it !

This company can't Implement simple things like price "changes are supposed to occur at the same time as planograms" which isn't happening I've been seeing so many things that they can't seem to get together left hand, right hand don't know what the other is doing.

Prices are already too high so why don't we just raise the price two more dollars! Does that make sense to you ?

Here’s my take from a customer pointnof view. We have a confusing coupon system that customers feel is a scam. Our pharmacy’s are inefficient and make many mistakes. We have Long lines, out of stocks and poorly maintained buildings. We can’t seen to get the simple things right. Why in the world do we believe a customer with trust is with their health care decisions? The way it’s looking the Aetna customers will not be required to use CVS so where’s the win their? I just think the whole Aetna thing, the health HUB concept, and our self proclaimed “we’re a health care company” BS looks desperate and ridiculous . We’re biting off more than we can chew here and it’s going to destroy this company.

My God, it’s too bad this site doesn’t have spell and grammer check. And my vote is that it’s way too soon to know. Anyone speculating now is either a CVS cheerleader or a hater.

People on here work in these stores. We are on the frontline and witness patience distaste and refuse to come to cvs again.

Yes some think they have to use cvs but soon will find out it's not true. They distrust or like cvs, why would they come for medical needs.

Sometimes you don't need a lot of info to know something is dead on arrival. CVS is going to have to pour a hell of a lot more money into this to make it work. In our market at least with Urgent Cares at every street corner and clinics and Quest Diagnostics inside every other grocery store and Wal Mart at least the concept is going nowhere fast.

I've heard sales are down for the Hubs....but too early to tell if they will gain traction.

They are expanding them...

People on here have no idea what they aRe talking about. Even if they were failing it would be way too early to tell.
