In our market we don’t have any orders to work which makes us nervous. From my experience, if we don’t have orders to work we usually start cutting staff.
Any offices sold anything lately? We’re getting worried about the lack of orders.

"NPS—or net promoter score—is a measure of customer satisfaction that has developed a cultlike following among CEOs. It also may be misleading."

"In reference to the fact that companies use NPS to determine bonuses, the metric's creator, Bain's Fred Reichheld, said "That’s completely bogus.”"
What you got on the numbers Isabella?
“That’s a positive note glad to see the ship is turning”
The last time someone told me the ship had turned we were in bankruptcy 2 weeks later. Don’t believe anything they tell you.
They’re not going to tell you how bad things are. Executives will only tell you how great things are no even if they’re in the back of a cop car in handcuffs.
..and meanwhile, I am putting in 20-30 hours OT each week to try to keep up with orders

No new orders in the northeast. All the work has been cost savings migrations. Verizon no longer charges per mile on T1s/T3s, so we have been backhauling all existing TDM ckts to a select few collocations. They are shutting down 90% of this network over the next 3-5 years. There will be no jobs left at Windstream in 5yrs, if Windstream does manage to survive that long. Thats why they are pushing OfficeSuite & SD-WAN, you dont need a network to deliver these products. And the jobs to support those products will be overseas.
My paycheck says so...
lol, you arent putting in 30 hours of OT
