We are not closing, we are getting mattresses and box springs as well as tools that’s been out of stock for sometime things are turning slowly around it takes time I have not seen any layoffs or half the sh-- that gets posted on here. Post truth not false sh--, we do have bills to pay. We need to care about people and be helpful not poison the well. As far as Eddie goes GOD will deal with him.

Supply chain is booming! Our DC is busy, with 3pl, FTC and on line business we can barely keep up!!

There aren't enough profitable stores left the give Sears the buying power to compete with prices or logistics. Rebuilding the trust and good will when it becomes an online only retailer may happen because of consumer short memories. But only under new management.
All the brand new sample bedding went to the stores 2 weeks ago from the DC 's . If you didnt get any , then i guess you are closing.
Full steam ahead into a brick wall. Everyone knows Eddie destroyed the Craftsman brand, and no one who works with tools trusts Sears anymore. That ship has sailed. Craftsman is at Lowe's now, and it just isn't the same. As for people buying mattresses at Sears, I think we all know it's mostly 75 year olds who never bothered acquainting themselves with the Internet.

Getting merchandise into the store won't mean diddly squat if customers don't come into the store to buy the product.

Your just getting stuff from stores that close. Don't worry, someone else in another store will get all that stuff after yours closes too. You'll learn soon enough!
Hopefully you are right. Unfortunately over the last 2 1/2 weeks we have seen 5 store closings and the layoffs associated with them. We also are getting more mattresses and tools so we are hoping for the best in our store as well.
