I miss the days when retirees were given retirement parties and given a good send off. Now your basically just handed your walking papers and shown the door. How ironic that we are forced to complete the “I am Anthem” training knowing so well nobody feels this way anymore.

End Goal is obvious, try to replace as many associates with low paying resources from Legato to increase revenue and afford better bonuses for Anthem Leadership Team.

They really should rename this “I am Anthem” training to something more realistic like “I Was Anthem” or “I Hate Anthem” .... really ...
I agree. I think the employees are waiting for another round of RIFs to take place.
