There's little to no factual information here, but the drama, venting, b--ching, emotion and tirades here are epic. The potential entertainment value is off the charts, and I hope the IP of the content here is up for grabs since it's anonymous. I'll workshop all these nuggets into a movie treatment to shop around Hollywood. Much more saleable than say, a VIEWMASTER movie. This will be a behind-the-scenes, insider "based on a true story" saga of Mattel's struggles, decline, hollow promises, and employees in utter denial. Forget "The Toys that Made Us", the real story here is "The Toy Company that Broke Us". Keep on posting, this is truly great content. RD, are you available for consulting and maybe a few (Stan Lee) cameos?

This is the best Mattel idea in decades. Hasbro could make the tie in dolls
ROFLMAO. I can see Mattel negotiating for all sorts of things. As part of the layoff package, ex-employees can get preferred "Extra" status for background movie shots. $100 per day is pretty good money by Mattel standards. Of course to get this you have to sign Mattel's illegal contract to give up your rights to sue them.
