Morale is bad and I can tell no one is really focusing on work. They let go lot of talented people and leave people behind that cannot even support daily operation. Don’t know how we can further triming the workforce.

There's been several layoffs at MGA, Mattel's close competitor.
If you have unlimited vacation, shouldn't you get unlimited payout if laidoff?
