Anyone actually seeing cost savings behavior changes?
We sit and shake our heads.
First we are all moved to an adjacent building. Two days of productivity lost.
Two months later we were moved to a building across the street. Two days of productivity lost.
A month later we were moved back to the building we started in, two rows of cubes over. Two more days of productivity loss. And the kicker our original cubes are sitting empty. WTF?
We are told to work smarter but just try to suggest improvements and you get the follow the chain of command speech. Or the how dare you step out of your silo.
