I heard that Greg Stoute was fired for cause. Anyone know what he did?

The heading of this thread should be renamed to “Retired Energy Executive”.
Could not agree more! These are the folks that are somehow still on the payroll and are a continuous disappointment to all of us working to right the ship in this ever changing environment! Enough is Enough grow up and try to be a professional or please jump off the ship!
You people show your intelligence with these posts
I could smell it when I walked by too. Have to admit it smelled pretty good. Kinda made me wanna smack my lips. Job well done by all!
Hey their fella. Can’t all whose won but it
Sure is a stinkin like my trailer after a night of beans and hot dogs. Sure is excited to see which feller one
Anyone seen’t the results from the afternoon match between Billy boy and Cecil? I dun been on my well tenderin runs and ain’t found out. Thanks and have a good un’
Breaking news: it has been reported that CC has defeated JB in the morning bracket of the round robin clogger games, hosted by Silly Billy. In our afternoon featured match, Silly Billy will take on DC in a highly anticipated winner flush all contest. Said Way from his throne - “I really think the afternoon match has the clear advantage. The morning contestants didn’t have the normal breakfast egg frittata on the menu - something about a protest at the water wall”. He went on to say the lunch menu was more favorable for him leaving an epic clogger for the ages, but would be saving his best for last. That’s it from the playing field, now back to the booth for more.
Really wish we could. Unfortunately, that’s the only thing “interesting” our CEO and his band of corporate flunktards brings to the throne. They’re extremely short on any real ideas to keep this dinghy from sinking. I don’t need to tell you what else they’re sinking that’s causing such a ruckus!
This repetitive commentary is getting so old!
How about some fresh ideas or some relevant news!
Just walked into the Market and yes the menu for today will provide some epic toilet clogging thru out our tower Sorry not sorry for housekeeping staff today and this week. It’s going to be a hot d smelly mess.
Anyone want to start an office betting pool?
My money is on JB. What other guy can help run a company into the ground and can be just as creative on the porcelain throne. JB thats Who! Team JB
Big Announcement!!
Silly Billy to host first annual Clogged Toilet Challenge! He wants to “flush”’ the completion from his band of oil executive misfits (or those that could nkt make it elsewhere). So the challenge is a round robin tournament. First up is CC vs JB
All those week the Market will have a toilet clogger themed menu!
For those R2 employees join Silly Billy in the executive bathroom. PS Respirator included so go see our best in class safety department!
May the best toilet clogger win! Like compete and win!
Seriously, anyone know what the retired energy executive is up to these days? Last I heard he was telling people at Wal-Mart that they didn’t meet his expectations, and that there could only be 10-15% of folks who get “exceeds expectations”. But we don’t have a forced ranking or anything. Oh ok.
Lookjng forward to another Monday morning and getting smoked out by the CEO after his breakfast. For F’s sake, Cheerio!
Look it! This site is for real layoff news about SWN. There seems to be too much emphasis on the obvious disgusting restroom issues caused by our CEO or CPO - whatever we call him. I want to know if there are going to be layoffs or closures in the near future. Thanks and have a good day!
Ok, folks! Another Friday and yet another toxic air cloud emanating from the 5th floor men’s room. This is getting old. I cannot work here in these conditions. Everything else is good. Good company, great future - just a company on solid footing! Except for the building plumbing issues caused by our CEO!
Yeah, exactly. Wish he could move the stock price the same way he moves his bowels!! CEO has hella 5th floor bathroom game! Keeping housekeepers employed since 2011!
What is the big news? Office closing? Leadership changes (gee last three years one person doubled their compensation and has not moved our stock price)? Can I have that job?
Is the big news layoffs. Office closures. What. I know our CEO lives by the formula. He is the embodiment of it.
It is happening this week. Expect “the” announcement mid-week. I have it on several sources of what we all have been taking about here in Spring. OMG!
I call that living the formula. Well done!
I once nailed someone and wrote them up for going down the stairs and not holding both handrails. As soon as they lifted their foot, it was only 2 points of contact and a violation of our safety policy. My leader gave me a higher bonus and the person I busted got a lower bonus!
One must always maintain 3 points of contact.
Bottom quartile you say? Maybe now that that a$$hat is a “retired energy executive” pulling landscaping duty at seniors community. Under his tutelage, lucky to be sc-aping the bottom of the barrel! How many “tickets” could you write in month to hard working folks?, but perfectly ok for leaders to practice safety only when convenient. Still that way!
Totally agree. What we have now and under last VP as a safety group is bottom quartile. No leadership only clockwatchers and wanna be safety. Wish we had a leader like Mike M again.
Wasn’t safety getting in the way of profits and that’s why they canned everyone? Safety can’t be a roadblock to success, can it? Get er dun! Text and drive (drunk)! Rack up them Tiwi’s coaching. We’re awarding unsafe behavior with Texas Roadhouse gift cards! Safety only gets in the way of profits! There’s a reason we have 10 fingers and toes! We have plenty to spare! If one gets chopped off on the rig, who cares! Keep drilling!! Liquid gold, baby!
Well we all were warned about CC and JB trying to play with the executive plunger which is exclusively for our leader when he is on his iron throne! Don’t mess with the plunger folks!!
How is this possible???
He was a safety visionary a true safety leader a man of safety high character and class!
Said no one ever.
He kept putting stop cards in the wrong team assistant slot. He was a very smart man... at math... nothing else... especially when being played by a certain h--ker.
I known this guy for a long time. Maybe ask his housekeeper? Or as a department leader he sure did have a lot of eye candy without degrees or degrees not related to HSE? Or just maybe the eye candy was easier on the eyes than his housekeeper? My oh my what could it be?
I seen it was because of two things and stuff. One, he complained that his shirts were too starched after leaving early 5th floor meetings, and got caught using the executive plunger without prior CEO authorization. Oh, and he got caught with his hand in the eye candy jar.... and stuff...
