Maybe true where you live, but def not true in our area. You can't even go in a fast food joint at lunch without people flying into you. If i had a dollar for every yousonsabitches i hear, i could retire. I can't even take the truck home anymore because i got tired of angry customers ringing the doorbell at all hours to complain.

Last post is spot one except of two things on our area. Sixteen days for service would be FAST here. Try thirty to forty five days here. Thanks MAX. Also, union makes LESS by about $1.50hr here and does not get paid STI. other than that, spot on.

The REAL question to ask...….Is.....How does it feel to be associated with this mess? How does it feel to have your a-- chewed on by customers for the companies new dispatch system had em waiting 16 days for repairs? How does it feel to know your company dropped the 911 ball for almost 50 hours across the western US . How does it feel to know Glenn post left early not wanting to be any part of the "New" regime? How does it feel to get sh--ty pay raises that have you lagging behind the vast majority with an anemic 1.5 percent increases? How does it feel knowing non-union employees make more than you. How does it feel when you keep getting chronics and your IPCS go un answered and you keep taking the hit. How does it feel to be so un attached all you have is grammar comments? How does it feel to know your work groups are shrinking around you? How does it feel that most call centers have been off shored? How does it feel to know you will be replaced by contractors in the very near future. How does it feel to know your new leader is only interested in shareholders instead of loyal customer base. How does it feel to know you'll soon be obsolete...How does it FeEl to know your union has fallen flat on its face and has no teeth left? I know how it feels to be a young know it all....left that sh-- behind decades ago. How does it feel to miss all those softball games? How about the recitals, daddy daughter dance? How does it feel to not have a life because your too busy trying to bail out a ship that's listing hard on the starboard side? all the buckets in the world wont save it. How does it feel to spend 85% of your life in that Chevy van visiting p-ss-d off customers? Or better yet how about some of these fantastic 3 meg I cant stream customers? Or the bst ones the ones who cant afford anything else ? you know the ones you been in their homes ……….Don't know about any of that...…..I can tell you how it feels to be rid of the stress and association though

you just look around you....you go on the internet or facebook etc. got to our FB site read the remarks from customers ALL OVER the country not just "your" area's..go ahead try it....type Centurylink s---s in a google browser......all you company trolls and know- it- all bed wetters….see what people think of "YOU" yup "YOU" why do I say You? because in the customers eyes it is YOU

Go ahead read all of you company trolls claiming "good lose the old guys".....good lose the waste etc. etc. you silly dumb a##'s.....its ALWAYS BEEN management ITS ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY....you are simple minded fools to not see the forest through the trees. no maintinence for the last 15-20 years as few upgrades as possible etc etc,

The one constant ? providing sub-par internet to customers....sure there are the "Golden areas" but they are not the majority of our customers with that said after spending some time reading what customers think of us...if you have the balls to do so....read it let it sink in

And new or old ….ask yourself one simple question this one separates the men from the boys and the thinkers from the cogs...……..HOW DOES IT FEEL? TO HAVE YOUR NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MESS? That's right when your out in the world and you mention you work here.....the look and stories you get sometimes are priceless.....I for one Think far more of my name and reputation to squander it with the mess that's become the ghost of CL face the hey days are over telecom is on the edge of massive change ……...again......wht do you want people thinking when they see you work for someone?
