Any Word on asset sales?

I figure it will come don to that sooner rather than later.Have any been rumored to take place? Does anyone have any info or indication?

Why would Uniti take over the assets?

More importantly, why on earth would the creditors let them?

Uniti is overloaded with its own debt. They’re hoping to survive the Windstream debacle without ending up in bankruptcy themselves.

If you tie two rocks together, that doesn’t mean they’re going to float any better than before.

The creditors have hired consultants, too.

I think the creditors are going to want to make sure asset sales of any size are getting the best price possible.
