They're redistricting the South big time. Some of them won't have new DMs for months. I'm not sure if this is affecting any other areas, but I know it extends into Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi at least.

California has been redistributed too, as well as Arizona. It’s so the current DM’s don’t have so many stores. Area managers were hired as ‘mini DM’s” to train them to be real DMs for when the roles are open. Some of the new areas will be without a DM until the area manager is promoted into the role. So now, it’ll go, SIM, ASM, SM, Area Manager, then DM in terms of promotions.

Stores got shuffled to other districts. It's not uncommon, but this one seems to include at least three districts. Wondering if anyone has heard anything anywhere else?

There are DMs in some districts, others not. It depends.
Is NC included in the Southern restructuring?!
