Not a good look at all. Every single post is buried with comments of member dissatisfaction. Twitter too. For every official tweet there's a hundred tweets by members who haven't been able to get their issues resolved after numerous tries, sometimes over the course of months. This is what's happened to Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back, and it's solely on Eddie, with the revolving door of leadership because everyone quits in frustration because he refuses to engage in the basic upkeep required for retail. Our Social media is like antimarketing with member interactions the overwhelming message. Without professional cleaning staff and nonsensical product mix (more dishwashers and mattresses than customers oh joy), Sears looks like a store after it's been ransacked after the LA riots. Eddie and his team understand retail about as well as a typical Martian if they think this is going to succeed. And that logo. Did they steal that from Fleshlight? Spend some money on graphic design team and get some feedback for God's sake.

How fitting that Pebble boy is getting slammed in public social media. Guys that didn’t work out the way he thought. He’s had shills planting stuff on social media for years (Eric with SA for example) fun to see it all come back to him.
The logo came from internal marketing dept. I think theres 20 of them left managed by 8 directors, 2 senior directors, a few vps a senior vp or 2. Pathetic. Both the logo and Sears management who approved it!!
