My last day was Friday, and have not used any vacation including optional. I usually wait for the end of the year, but something came along better. I heard they do not pay you out for all of your vacation. I get four weeks plus optional. How would that work for me? I know optional I will not get, and I have accepted that. I heard there is an equation they use? What is it, and if so what is the calculation?

They screwed me out of mine
You know I just hate to be a pain, but I asked for no onions on my bourbon steak......
I recently left and they screwed me out of my PTO balance. Tony apparently needs more bonus money
I left in June last year, I had two weeks left, they paid me for three days.
Optional holidays are worthless
You earn a little each month - they allow you to take ahead at beginning of the year. You get paid the amount you have earned.
Take what you are supposed to get and divide by 12. Then you get paid for vacation for every month you have worked.
