Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Attrition is through the roof

What's been going on lately that so may people are leaving JPMC? I mean, there was always attrition, but what's been happening lately is a whole new level. Every day somebody new leaves.

Should I be worried? Am I missing something? I hope I'm stressing over nothing, but I doubt it...

Chase is moving customer outreach to the Philippines. They dont care about their employees only about the amount of money they are saving!! Reps in the Philippines make 238.00 a month!

Our team at CIB Team has 100+ APAC analyst Vs. 5 US analysts in the Tampa HUB, last time I checked they are not bound by PIP, Brialn Dillon - GIAM Director hired a VP IN BANGALORE that could not find a JOB ANYWHERE ELSE. PIP is for uS workers only

Well I don't know about all departments must I'm in loss mit. And we didn't get any pay raise and they too bonus away 2 years ago. They said we make enough. If you are a high performer and Chase don't respect you enough to give you cost of living it's sad

We are seeing forced attrition on my department. They target people to put on PIP and no matter how much their performance improves they get terminated. There is definitely a major restructuring being planned.

The reason is.... while chase employment looks good on resume, it’s not a good place to work. Just look at the leadership... no accountability! JD makes 31 mil. With all the customer refunds and fines due to bank error, it should come out of his pocket.
