HR are just TT's puppets, they are scared $h1tless for their own jobs.
Ha. HR has your back. What a joke. I went HR and asked that it be kept private. The very next day my manager called me to discuss the situation. I was RIFd with the very next batch.
I absolutely love taking the working with integrity. On every scenario I can yep that happens here. Yep that too. But like below when its reported not a dam thing gets done about it. I can guarantee you if that was me doing any of that crooked stuff I would be fired
HR is supposed to have your back.
Don't be naive. HR has the company's back, not the employees. They're here to protect the bottom line, not you.
Well they failed. HR is supposed to have your back. Why take all those little classes on harassment, report something and they do absolutely nothing
