Well it looks like May 22 is the date from reliable sources. And it is going to be ugly. I actually feel worse for the people who are staying. They are going to be stuck doing the work of 4 people. They are going to expect people to work longer hours with no more pay. Jim Hackett is a joke and will run this company to the ground. He is more concerned with Apple and google instead of other automotive companies. Expect quality to go down big time and stock prices to continue to fall. Dearborn is going to be a ghost town.

I've heard May 21st. Individual meetings with LL4 and HR. Same job / new job / no job. All effective June 1st. We were told it would then be our decision to leave immediately, or work through the end of May. This is for LL6 and LL5 . . .
People are calling May 21 "Bloody Tuesday." Another LL5 told me he thinks it will be the week of May 13 though. No one knows for sure, who isn't LL4+, when where who or how. May the force be with all of us.
Depends on your role and your managements risk assessment. IT typically walked out immediately.
is the separation immediate or will they be able to stay until the end of the month
AD - LL4 told May 22nd is AD LL6 departure date. GSR to follow after LL6.
What parts will be impacted?
HA! jokes on you man, I already do the work of four people!
Even if Hackett leaves, he has golden parachute
Here’s a tip for the consulting group. Pause and go back to the top. The CEO is now redundant, eliminate, let Joe take over. The CIO is redundant, let Chuck take over. Problem solved, money saved.
Take a plane home. You are welcome.
And some were done 5 weeks ago. All depends on how your LL4 on down is progressing things. Any talk of a certain date is simply a guess. Best of luck to us all.
