Hard-skilled Leaving

Managers that have no skill besides managing other people will be the death of this place and others like it. Hard-skilled workers prefer to work for hard-skilled managers. It is much easier to find a job where this is happening instead of waiting for the existing infrastructure to change.

Most good people are gone already. WFT doesn't even make an attempt to keep them. Feel bad for the poor employees who bought into the EEP c-ap. They will lose a ton when the reverse split goes into effect. Worked there for many years. It was the jewel of the oilfield ten years ago. Sad to see what it has become. Halliburton leftovers in ops and manufacturing....should have been canned long ago. Brought nothing to the party but big salaries.

They can’t even manage other people let alone accomplish anything on their own. Majority of our current managers got put in the role because the skilled managers got let go or left. Or they got put in management based on the buddy system rather then having the actual skills to be in that role. Again that’s how Weatherford works in promoting people in the company that’s why we’re in this position and it’s just as bad at the corporate level. Bernard and the entire board should have been kicked to the curb years ago. Oh well this company should get what’s coming to it. Any good people left go find a job elsewhere.
