Has anyone heard if we are getting raises this year? Cost of living is k--ling me.

Yes, everyone gets a raise! There's a step stool or ladder in your store somewhere right?
Last year, pay raises took effect in July. Raises were effective as of July 8. If there is going to be a raise, patiently enjoy the wait.
I was told a 2% raise, starting with the next paycheck. That would be 2 years in a row.
There is a pattern..no raises for 3 years and then 20 cents. This is s no raise year.
That 25 cents an hour will help with those bills
