Last reply might have it right. Don Bilson said on CNBC that Hollub went to Paris after meeting with the APC board. Possible that Oxy is trying to unload MozLNG onto Total. Not sure if they NEED to unload it now that Berkshire is raiding the liquor cabinet at this party but Total is already into LNG in Qatar, etc, so it is a more valuable asset to Total. LNG is not Oxy's strong suit, much like it's not Anadarko's. But Anadarko was a-scared to get rid of Moz. This project has been a distraction, a fiasco, and a magnet for posers, climbers, and pretenders. Just not competent people experienced in LNG.

Moz would make Oxy's portfolio too lopsided, so bravo Oxy. Maybe Total can fix what the Boyz from BG can't quite figure out.

If you're LNG, you won't be going over with the assets. You won't be teaching Chevron anything. No one will be chortling your balls. Your big break is coming to an end and you blew it because you just didn't know what you were doing. What the f--- have you been doing for, what, 8 years? Your best bet would be to see if you can land a safe anonymous gig inside APC that you can use to ferry you over to the next life at Oxy. Then get something permanent there.

Hollub certainly doesn't value your efforts. And Buffet doesn't tolerate b---s---ters. But do it soon.

It depends who buys APC. Oxy can't handle and their CEO already said that GOM and LNG is 15% of the deal, ready to sell both.

How she does that math is interesting lesson for us the novices in advanced algebra (GOM 150 + LNG X )/ APC 720 and the result is 15% of the deal!!!

CVX will not have the time or interest to mess with the first go around. Will gain traction over time, months or year and position for the next phase?

Forget LNG, what about the KMG 400?

CVX has miserably failed in LNG development and they will sell the project and the arrogant fools who handle it

Same as the rest of APC. Bleak. Chevron has their own lng development group and they will not write a check unless they give their blessing.

The Mozambique Project team are the rock star-marines at Anadarko. We will be welcomed with open arms by either CVX or Oxy We will lead the transformation of their processes and make them a better company.

Keystones cops! Mismanagement sounds about right. Chevron will see right through the bozos that have been trying to wing it these past years by trying to play LNG project developers. Don't let the door hit you on the way out fellas!

Hit FID and get laid off. What else are they going to do with you? Expansion? Don't need all of you for that! New LNG? No CVX has it's homegrown LNG team and Oxy is too little, especially with all that new Anadarko's debt! Oxy will "monetise" your asset ASAP.

Or don't hit FID and the whole deal evaporates exactly 3 years after you were brought in to finish what the original keystone cops couldn't. And get laid off in humiliating career ending failure.

I don't hear any chortling in your future.

Most likely the same mismanagement if APC has ANYTHING to do with it.
