Time for a PE firm to buy Mattel and throw out RD and ST and SG and fix this business once and for all.

Wishful thinking in PE. They want stable cash flow, and the ability to delever. We’ve got 60% of our revenue in decline and 40% that is just growing because no one else has innovated. When competition comes, we are f’ed. PE guys know this.
