Multiple new merchandising and route relief positions posted today. I swear I don't know what to think anymore. Glad all this swinging in the wind will be over soon. This all could have been handled so much better.
Made sure all my accounts were looking half way decent just in case I have to come back on Wednesday and play catch up. Was truly hard to stay motivated to work at full capacity. Today was zombie mode. Here is to hoping we all still have jobs and just have to change uniforms. - cheers

So I called the number today and put password in just to see if the Lords of Nestle were having a pre call call, well they weren’t but it did automate the line when I called in so apparently our voices will not be heard call the number put the code in and see what it does for you!
Also have you noticed they have been quietly moving managers they want to keep out of dsd rolls

I'd be really surprised if we actually had the option to speak. Having that many people on a call and be able to interject would be chaos.

I’m surprise someone hasn’t sent this thread to cnn. They will make this public and find something out!!! I’m sure nestle doesn’t want this leaked. Bad for the company and stocks.
This is what I think is going down tomorrow . We are giving all small format accounts to distributors , we will not have any RSR routes anymore. We will just have 2 step PSR routes and delivery drivers with some additional beverage items 2 step as well. We will be adding some additional delivery drivers with class B licenses in straight trucks. Small format routes are not profitable 2 step routes are. Things are not as doomsday as everyone is thinking, yes there will still be job cuts but 70% of us will still have jobs . Everyone stop bashing the company and your co-workers and be thankful you more than likely will have a job after tomorrow. You can respond tomorrow and say I was right and say thank you.
My issue is...if it’s just some layoffs and not everyone....why does t have to be based on tenure? Plenty of us that haven’t been there as long that work a lot harder than some that have 15+ yrs at the job. Just a thought.
