Nestle USA is only focused on PROFIT, and does not care about you. They put resources to assist displaced employees only to avoid litigation! This company has "NO LOVE" for you otherwise why would they be doing LAYOFF's & selling off company brands. I finally saw the true dark side on my LAYOFF in 2016 and never looked back. So glad to out of that TOXIC work environment!!

Well I've officially been gone for 2 weeks now. Nothing is separated what they owe you. I recieved my last payday 2 fridays ago, where the trued me up for the previous 2 weeks, not for the current and they added the vaca pay to the payday, so out of 4 grand I recieved 2 of it. So I wandered on the nespay website for my last true up pay and un used sick day pay they told us that would be paid out , so none of us used them, a d guess what...they are now not paying for your unused sick days. And my last true up check should have been 700 dollars because the owed me 36 hrs....I'm recieving my last true up check from them tomorrow for a whopping 93 dollars....so itll be interesting what my first severance pkg check will look like. We've been nothing but lied to for the last 2 months, and they cant seem to pull they're head out of they're asses long enough to breathe let alone tell any of us the truth. Good luck men in fighting for the money they owe you. Best of luck to everyone involved....Godspeed

I sincerely hope you're not considering that. This is not the end of it all. Life goes on. Nestle was considerate enough to provide us with counselors to guide us through this. HANG ON! ......... Jeremiah 29.11

If you have 6 rollers of product and it's a busy weekend, I suggest you get your lazy butt off the internet and go fill it up. Its YOUR store as you stated. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You all need to just quit. I have 6 full rollers of product at my store and no one to work it during the weekend. I guess my vendor already gave up. Nestle is the rc cola of the frozen world. Horrible work ethic. Worst service ever.

I bet money we are done in November, the longer this thing goes the more they pay in retention. They don’t want to pay more, just because no stores haven’t shut down yet doesn’t mean they can’t with one phone call. The new pizza boxes are out and that is a for sure sign it is coming. Until then keep raping the system and murder them on hours. I let my favorite driver in Fort Collins get 62 hours a week on a 40 hour route.

We were given the form on the 11th and told it has to be turned in by the 24th. Also, to expect our 60 day notice early to mid next month. So were looking to be gone late Oct to early Nov. I personally chose the additional work (local, if available) option. We were told the response team folks to be sent anywhere in the country, for a week at a time, fly home for the weekend, and back out again for a week. And that you could be doing anything in or out of your normal position responsibilities. Hotel, flights and some food on the company but nothing else of course. -MD Shuttle Driver

We have this one bully driver who has gotten away with so much. Can't even call him to ask what time he is going to drop a load off workout him screaming at me on the phone. The dsl is so afraid of him. There has been so many complaints about him but he feels he has the power over everyone. He has made a few comments about him dealing with people in a physical way. Please help us and let him go first.

Don't don't know what planet of nestle you work for. I know our dsl intimated us not to call in. He treats call in like he owns us. To get back at us he will add a extra store or take help away the next day. We have a guy who calls in every holiday and expecially on the 5th of may and forth of July. I'm actually glad this is happening I finally have a reason to leave. Probably the worst management I've worked for and hr is a joke. They take a week to get back to you and seem to avoid us at all cost. Can the end date come any sooner.

How good we had it???? We are the ones that built up these brands and executed, coming home sore and beat up from a 10+ hour shift of throwing loads. We gave our all and i believe there is no team better out there then the Nestle DSD team when it comes to working hard, never calling in sick, working sick, loyalty and dedication. Its not how good we had it its how good another company will be by hiring one of us. Nestles does not give a c-ap anout us, we were a number. Their full of sh-- on their beliefs of healthy food and healthy life. If thats true then get rid of every frozen food piece of garbage you make along with filling up our oceans and landfills with plastic bottles. Hypocrite wealthy a-holes.

Why give personal opinions about your fellow employees? Sitting on your high perch looking down on others doesn’t make you look big, makes you look small.

So you ask how we will be paid when we lose stores, then proceed to explain to us what you "heard" and how it isn't a good deal. You guys are f---in weird, just go find a new job I'm sure you would be a jewel to any company.

Any ideas on how we get paid when stores start dropping off? They wont all go at once. Our commission will drop, our overtime will disappear ( hard to work 50 hrs when half your stores are gone.)Heard they have a rule saying if your sales drop below 85% for 4 straight weeks you get bumped up to 85% pay. Doesnt include lost OT. Keep in mind that will affect your retention bonus, and your weekly pay why you wait for that big carrot hanging out there. Could go on like that for a month or two or longer. Just something to consider when you think that package is so great. Also heard they could pay us our personal rate during that time, do you really think they would pay full pay when doing half sales and hours? All I hear from up top is we dont know. ( Or dont care to let you know so you dont leave)

Make sure you're logging into you're MILES app. Our team got a reminder email regarding this along with our compliance stats

At this point the company will fire to avoid paying severance.

That’s funny about Safeway and Albertsons. Their management is saying pizza in September and ice cream 2 stages in October. But I’ll believe it till I see it. No one has the true details.

If you have a good amount of Safeways/Albertsons they aren't going warehouse until Q1 of 2020. Walmart will be the first

Nobody has received their 60 day notice yet. The 1st wave won’t hit until August so the 1st wave of 60 day notices won’t hit until some time in June.

I'm in California. I've been with the company for a year and a half. I'm last in tenure out of everyone. So yea from my understanding it will start at the bottom. I will give my two weeks I will not slave away for some stupid bonus.
