Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Just got another customer to cancel. They were a big account. Yeap. My husband's place of employment can now have reliable service

I tell people everywhere I go.. They thought windsteam was a good place, nope. I tell everyone I can find in Greenville

This is senior management grabbing every dollar they can before the doors close, that much is very clear. Stock price has gone from $6 to $.30 in the last year. Take away the 6 to 1 reverse split a year ago and the stock would be at $.05 a share, the company is completely worthless at this point. When they come out of bankruptcy they still owe the $6B unless they can restructure all of that debt, do you think TT can pull that off? Do not go down with that sinking ship, you all should be looking for another job ASAP!

I just found another job, the job market is quite good right now. They said they need these bonuses to keep them motivated while the rest of the employees do not get any raise or any bonus, the irony. And the healthcare is an absolute joke. This is a messed up place to work

I do all I can. I've got customers I know to leave. I blast everywhere I can. They see it. A few have messaged me. I simply do not care any more. The truth needs to be told.

Or you could get another job, hello? As another post said the reason they are bribing execs and mgt to stay is because at the end there wont be jobs anymore. They are being compensated to stay at a job they know will endso that they will have a buffer to help them when they have to get another job/relocate.

I have a better idea. Redirect your energy to something productive.....go work somewhere else. You will wake up every day refreshed and ready to conquer the day. What are you waiting for?

Watch the court approve it. How is it legal for executives to take millions in bonuses and corporate incentives while they lay off untold numbers of employees and drove the company they are in charge of into bankruptcy? The lack of legal regulation and oversight is beyond sickening. The executives, BoD, and the judge are all criminals. This is why the middle class is disappearing. Those at the top get millions while the rest of us become 3+% more poor with every passing year.
