Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Who thinks we will get clarity on reDesign in the Town Hall on Friday?

Anyone planning to attend and ask the elephant in the room question?

Nope, he surely did not want to talk about that. Props to the person who asked.

Summary

Here are all of the C-suite changes. We are doing important and wonderful stuff, we can’t tell you what yet. Like my tie? Stock price is improving. We made a mistake, we do not lack integrity (emissions investigation).

Come back next quarter and we will tell you about that wonderful stuff.

I logged in to watch this afternoon and it's gone. No webcast, no link, and no Outlook appointment reminder. Someone did a thorough job. What's the advertising slogan? "Like it never even happened" WTF?

Watching Town Hall - Tone deaf CEO opens the town hall by talking about format changes they have planned. He said "those of you who are good and come back to future town halls will see some great changes". I suppose those who are not "good" will be let go before the next quarter.

It will be interesting to see if PULSE comes up, particularly the fact that the higher up in the organization, the lower the scores. Those closest to the plan, like it the least.

Yes, I heard they'll start handing out pink slips immediately after the town hall concludes

I'm sure they definitely will since they've been completely transparent with everything else so far...
