In PA and NJ the contractor companies ate advertising for I&R techs with Centurylink experience and "the company" will provide an HST3000 for DSL testing, so we all know who that is for. The only thing is, the only jobs right now are ones left by people quitting because of MAX and work conditions. They are backfilling all the jobs with contractors.

That's nothing new. Those temp jobs have been showing up since Click came out. They all get 40 hours tho.

No they didn't fire entire workforce in Wisconsin, I think just replacing techs who were finally fed up with MAX and moved on to either other jobs in the company or left entirely. In some areas they cant keep up, they'll move a tech to a different area, totally unfamiliar with everything so it takes them ALOT longer. I know personally, they are tired of driving and driving all day crossing paths, getting screamed at by customers, or have performance issues, because they cant make goals. Its a lose lose situation with MAX, and the way its ran.
