As I understand it, the store employees now work for Transform. And the websites and the bank accounts were taken over by Transform. Do all the HE employees work for Transform too?
Who are the SHC employees? There's still a board of directors and some people I guess. But I don't understand it.
I used to work for Sears but I don't want to get into the nitty gritty with the people I worked with. Most are gone or retired now anyway.

The SHC lawsuit is a complete farce. SHC has no money, and Eddie is by far the majority owner with a controlling interest. If he wanted to, he could vote out the board, just like he did with SHOS and vote in his own management. He's just pretending to have an adversarial relationship so he can point to them and say "see?! they tried to sue me! it's not collusion! For a guy like Eddie, this song and dance is a small price to pay to avoid spending the rest of his life bending over to get pick up dropped soap in federal prison.
Where will the mighty 3 who hold the office of CEO go to? Or have they already transitioned to NewCo?
So most people will work for Transform? Ok. Makes sense. But -- Who won't?
The lawsuit that was filed against Eddie, ESL, etc. was filed by the SHC board? Are there other people that will still work for SHC? And where are they located? It's very confusing.
No one works for Transform Co YET. May 5th is the start date for many, but not all.

You still work for sears but now sears is owned by Transform co. Sears/Kmart used to be owned by SHC and shareholders.
