Has turned into hell on meth. Metrics that do not lead to anything but fake opportunities, 3.0 hour talk time. Oh, talking to people about what they will never buy and trying to have quality calls with companies that have no more than 10 employees? Yea OK. How can this division continue to work? The burn and turn rate is starting to ramp up and will continue once the convoluted new comp plan is live. Very glad I am almost out.

Paying a Sales organization on Sales Margin dollars is the death knell. They can make up whatever number they want to keep costs down for SP to continue to gut the company.

Very true. ASM's, Directors and VP's all have lost touch with the front lines. They have been given orders that in a normal situation woud be called treason. They have also boldly stated that firing has not been quick enough. This inside division has become a hostile work environment where favoritism and incompetence runs ramped.
Spot on. I would not worry outside people. We do not have any accounts over 30k. This new territory alignment could be the second biggest mistake in SBA history. First was going from fleet to third party delivery.
Inside telemarketers? We are the ones spinning our wheels in accounts that B2Bs should have NEVER enrolled in Premium!

Yes
New strategy is to eventually gave zero outside sales people and be a inside sales/online platform. Salespeople are obsolete and expensive and have no value.
Any news on outside sales strategy?
