She is clearly incompetent and out of her league. She has no vision and she can't execute. But I can't say she's evil because I don't know her.
I cannot say. I've never dealt with her directly.
I have had many interactions with her direct and next line subordinates. She appears to have no problem supporting and encouraging narcissistic sociopaths. They may be bad managers but they can create great PowerPoint presentations and know how to nod affirmatively when Ms. Rometty divulges her cunning plans. 🤮

She k--led the golden goose - innovation - took 7+ years to turf the silver-haired innovators. Over the same period the new hires have not broken new ground - after adding quantity for less, revenues keep falling and the stock price is in a holding pattern because of the dividend. The environment has turned toxic.
Undeniably she and the suits are outclassed by their counterparts at Amazon, Microsoft, Google who are headed where the puck is going.
Voting is end-of-month, Mutual Fund companies hold the shares to vote to Make IBM Great Again. It is in their hands if no one at IBM has the confidence to speak up.
