People posting about layoffs yesterday and as far as I can tell the numbers are relatively small compared to the size of the company. Is this their plan, laying off in smaller batches throughout a longer period of time instead of going with an organized and announced round?

My BU had a 10% reduction, they did start by canceling any open recs, then contractors, then actual employees
They’re keeping it quiet.
Large numbers of employees cut at once makes bad news. But, we can cut the same amount over several weeks and be essentially invisible.
Ever notice how upper management refuses to address numbers on their rah rah calls?
I thought the same. Seems smaller number of people but more over a period of time.
They still didnt have to lie to a Senators face
