I see a lot of deadweight at Ford 90% of them are f---ing up there all paper pushers it’s earlier I would say good riddance get rid of the deadweight optimize the processes OK otherwise company’s main purpose is to make profit so they will do whatever they need to do to survive OK they will not give you two weeks notice to get out all day will give you is 20 minutes when you’re out of the

A college professor once told me to ask for an office tour on all interviews. Then to count the number of posters in the office that were extolling the company culture and telling people how to behave. The more posters there were, the worse the company culture. Our office walls are papered with these posters. There is one every 11 steps.
