I’ve been told Everett is visiting my store next month. Anyone have any pointers? What questions does he ask? What is he looking for? Why is he coming.
We aren’t a busy store. Don’t know why he would come.

Everett rides DL and RD very hard. If theres no support for you at store level and you are a competent manager he will grill his field team. Best Divisional ive ever met.

Yes. He'll certainly be spending time in the pharmacy. That's all they care about. They are your money maker.

Everett is a cool cat! He really lays it on the incompetent Regionals. It has been a pleasure to see them cower in a submissive role on his past couple visits.

Don't forget to clean the urinal just in case his big d--k touches it. Make sure baby diapers and incontinence products are laying down, not standing up. Spruce up seasonal. And as someone else said, yes, stroke his fat ego.
Say things like "top line" and "headwinds"...print your cat sales report and go thru it with different highlighters, stick it In Your pocket so it looks like you study it all the time, do the same with your PNL...I've found thru the years they are nice but not that smart and easy to manipulate...say your growing immunizations thru dr. Detaiing..boh scan your store the day before your visit and change all outs to 0..remember you are smarter than most of those guys, they are pharmacist haha

He’s a numbers guy. Just have your store looking good, talk metics and about your staff. You’ll do fine. He’s a great DVP.
