Is it true that part of my bonus and review will include pharmacy metrics and service if I am a front store manager?

Except didn’t Walgreens cut the manager bonus? Or at least cut it in half? So cvs could just be following wags lead.

I doubt a 401K cut to 3% matching. Companies get a tax write-off for the matching. Bonus gone. Also very unlikely. They actually need to raise the bonus pool to keep up with other companies where managers can bonus 50% of their base pay.
If one of the above posters is right about this raising redlines, eliminating bonuses, and dropping 401k to 3%, I'm just going to f---ing puke. This company is making me sick.
Doesn’t surprise me... and I’m sure the raise percentages will be around 1.5% again so no chance of getting near that redline anytime soon.
Dont worry too much about it. It will be gone when they roll out “Total Rewards 2020”
I got a sneak peak, cost cutting measures in full effect. They are looking at raising redlines a little and eliminating bonus pool. 401k match drops to 3%, some other items too. Ask your DL they got talking points on it.
Yep, it’s stupid af. You’re either lucky or your not. The majority of the front store bonus you have next to no control over.
Yes, your performance is measured on total store msh, which is half pharmacy and pharmacy mce has been apart of your bonus for 5 years.
