The best thing to happen to Noble would be a buyout by someone bigger. Noble continues to under perform. There is huge profit to unlock by someone else who can assess the value in our assets and increase returns. Current management has been a road block

an acquirer would assign proper fair market value to the assets and ignore the inflated price DS/KF paid. Maybe put some purchase price to "goodwill"? Maybe some assets worth more to another company because of synergy -- maybe they have a pipeline? Almost any potential buyer would sell EG asap as sc-ap and have a plan to shuck Israel. Some day bibi will not be PM and the Israel illusion will crumble. Niobrara has different issues. DS/KF have done a fine job making this company difficult to sell and thus preserving ridiculous paychecks for less than ordinary corporate bureaucrats who couldn't make it elsewhere.
While DS paid too much for the Texas assets, there are some cost savings and growth potential that will never be unlocked by the management heading up those assets. Anybody acquiring Noble could improve on the Texas asset returns
Nobody wants to acquire this c r a p company. You’re stuck with this garbage management team and garbage assets. Sorry about that!
Your first, second, and fourth sentences correctly state the situation. I'm not sure #3 hits the mark with NBL's current assets. I hope you're right. Which assets are undervalued? Not Texas assets that DS and KF paid way too much for. Colorado assets are subject to the new, restrictive law. Somebody might do better with Israel asset, but who wants it? PE fund?
