yeah been their and I have to say all the guys who spend most of their shift occupying the smoking shelter laughing at the inadequacies of their supervisors slash management to enforce any sort of discipline within the workplace are going to get a pay rise just for being so ballsy .
Time big blue took a close look at the managerial structure there and offload the waste.
