Did the company offer anyone to relocate as an alternative to being cut? Other companies tend to do that but I haven’t seen that in my surroundings. I single, without kids, no mortgage, so having to relocate for me is not a big problem, even more, a much better alternative to being laid off.

The only thing I noticed is some ISE International Service Employees are being sent back to thier country of origin (for the cut???)
Yeah this clearly a head reduction. Rebalancing of resources don't appear to be in play. In fact, it appears that the people targeted are specifically being asked to leave due to pay and benefits. The goal here seems to be to get rid of legacy employees that are grandfathered into the better benefit programs, can and hire in new folks without those things.

No. Why would they offer relocation? They want heads off the books. It doesn’t matter where you are located.
