The business changes when aetna integrates into CVS, we are all aware of that, but I’m wondering what does that mean more precisely, what will we be faced at our jobs? In what areas are they going to cut and in what areas will they add to achieve the model of business that was planned with the Aetna acquisition?

IT is getting totally re-orged.
The entire backoffice. Finance, Accounting, HR, the C-Suite, Sales. Procurement. The usual suspects in any merger. Whatever's redundant and less efficient will eventually be phased out over time.
