That was the old Sears. This is the new Sears.
Home Services has already rescinded substantial payouts for a major bonus program for managers from last year - costing some of us thousands. That was all the motivation I needed to start looking for a new job - one of which I recently accepted. Hope you all get out before Sears does it to you too.
Only if your rating is better than meets expectations and don't expect too much this year money is tight
