Find a better job (if possibly) now) and if not hang on for as long as you can and wait for severance. Meanwhile make finding another job your full time time job and do the minimum necessary to keep them content.

TR is broken and sinking...
And you want raises and bonuses
You deserve each other
I agree with the sentiment that the decision makers stopped trying to motivate employees a long time ago. They want to make people as miserable as possible so the employees leave on their own and it's more cost effective for management. Stop investing in the business and everyone will get the message. "I've already died, you're just the funeral I've been waiting for".
It seems that senior leadership is not at all looking to build a future for TR but instead to squeeze out every cent of profit before shutting it down. This has happened to other companies in the past. Have a look at ToysRUs in the U.S. By the end, there wasn't even enough left to pay severance to the poor souls who kept it going.
I'm not sure motivating employees is a priority. Several decisions have been made in the last year or so to DEMORALIZE employees. I wouldn't be surprised at any negative decision at this point.

The time to debate the iceberg is over. Time to put your life jacket on.
