They will disclose nothing until everything is done. Yet, it's 2019 and it's not 2009. People are connected, people talk more and share info. Last time there was no facebook groups and thelayoff or twitter, they were able to hide things from people and the media. Not this time around. If they do not disclose Freep will publish, people will leak it on twitter, or on facebook or on some other site.
They cannot afford to it 'old school' way where they control all the info and they chose to tell us only after the fact.
