I doubt that anyone has a precise answer, but are there any indications from which we can figure out when can we expect layoffs. Also what manner do you think they will be performed in? Will they pick a number of workers and lay them of in a wave or will they lay off bit by bit and see how that goes?

"don't believe the sewage that's on stream. "WIN" is heading down a dead end street, get out before you LOSE"
Exactly. If WIN employees STILL believe that the executive leadership can return the company to profitability - even though the last 5 years they have said this every quarter - AND after they have led the company into bankruptcy - then they should stay and they won't have any jobs or any savings one day soon because they listened to a bunch of liars.
You control your work destiny, not some clown on Stream.
TT brother in-law?

I'm honestly not sure where the hate for questions like this comes from. It's a layoff based website. Completely meant for rumors, news, and opinions.. about layoffs. It's literally in the website's name. Imagine going to youtube and commenting "Why are you posting videos, Grow up". Maybe.. just maybe.. and hear me out on this one.. Don't.. come to this website if you don't want to see questions about layoffs? Maybe?
don't believe the sewage that's on stream. "WIN" is heading down a dead end street, get out before you LOSE. the only ones that will win are the crooks.
You should already have your resume created and posted it. Not sure why somebody the last two years was 'waiting for TT to turn things around' per the Stream posts.
In this corporate environment, employees are like cattle, eventually they will be taken to the slaughter house - meaning layoffs in this case.
There are more opportunities today for people with telecom skills to move to other companies than in the past.
Loyalty to a company is a false idea from 30 years ago, you learn what you need and move to the next company. Those that have pensions could lose it in the next few years - if not from this Chapter 11, then something else.
You are the only one to decide how your career goes. If you sit on your rump and believe TT's fantasy Stream posts that everything is ok - even after filing for Chapter 11 and you have lost $600,000 in company stock that you should have pulled out years ago - then you will get walked all over. If you keep on learning, then your skills will be valuable to any company, even if they see you worked at WIN.
Most people still can't comprehend that the company isn't looking out for them anymore, like companies did in the 60's and 70's.
But lets hear your excuses on here to why you couldn't learn newer skills to get out of WIN?
Stop worrying about how long you have to draw a paycheck and get out now before the market is flooded with your peers who have a wait and see attitude, because it’s not if but when you are shown the door. WS will never post a profit.
You should have a proper savings in place to get you to wherever you need to go to find new better work. I know some live in rural areas with no options but its a sad reality in today’s corporate environment.
If you are worried about being laid off, get your resume out and circulating. This constant whining is straight bs. Grow up.
since we are no longer public nothing is really driven by wall street. We still have a planned earnings call next Monday (3/18) and the plan going forward will be a BIG question. Asset sales, workforce reductions, real estate, etc. This will be stretched out for months with no real date. I wouldn't imagine seeing anything until July.
I don’t think they will start while In bankruptcy. More than likleu after they determine a plan to emerge. No layoffs for at least 30 days.
Anytime. It has been approved by the courts.
Tomorrow!
