Thread regarding CVS layoffs

It all comes down to poor leadership

If the company stays with the same mindset the trajectory of the company and the stock will only continue is one direction. Make all the excuses for the stock crashing that you want. It all comes down to poor leadership even poorer decisions. No matter how bright these pharmacy leaders are they have never truly built teams. That’s why most of them can’t get the teams to perform.

Really well said, @Y1h0HJ9-1kjd.

It is what you get with having a pharmacist running a company.

There's not really any one to engage to anymore. But has always been a waste of money and just a big joke.

Company preaches engagement but doesn't practice it....I would say we should all be truthful on the engagement survey this year but no one cares....I've never even had a DL or above ask about my engagement score during a walk...that's the first thing I would want to know about when entering a store for a walk
